We provide real estate consulting services to many of our clients.

Some of the work has a financial or valuation element: helping to set an asking price when a property is offered for sale; evaluating offers to purchase property.

At times the focus is a lease rate: helping a landlord or tenant determine an appropriate contract rate and terms for a residential lease.

Other situations involve a marketing component: helping to determine the highest and best use for a property; guiding a landlord contemplating a rehabilitation project.

Investment analysis and financial modeling are undertaken for the benefit of market participants. In other instances we act as field investigators, gathering information about a property which may be acquired.

On a fee for services basis we provide selected marketing functions. For example, we serve as a negotiator or representative on behalf of a buyer or seller.
